SurfKoat Hold-Out

Hold Out is a reactive, penetrating catalyzed siliconate solution that fuses within porous substrates of broom finished concrete, brick, stone, and mortar to combat freeze/thaw damage, scaling, and spalling, and limit penetration of stains and damaging impurities such as oil, gas, grease, and salt.  Hold Out is breathable with minimal impact to traction coefficient.  Hold Out creates a cross-linked insoluble methyl-silicone internal membrane that will wear away only if the substrate itself wears away below sealer penetration.  Can be applied same day.  For fresh poured concrete apply Hold Out after all bleed water is gone, finishing is done, and can be walked on without marking.
